Very convenient isn't it? Our government refuses to give us the immigration department data that could be used as evidence, so NBC can claim there is no evidence.
1) We can't get the federal government to provide the public with the data to show us which cities and states these hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are being sent to.
2) We do not have any data from the feds showing us the COVID infection status of those hundreds of thousands, either before or after they are shipped into our unsuspecting cities, unannounced and under the cover of darkness.
3) We also don't have any data from the feds showing us which countries these illegal aliens are coming from, much less whether they were infected by any of the many variants around the world.
So how the hell can you or NBC news make these assertions? And yet you blindly lap it all up like a puppy?
Currently, they've owned up to about 20% of the illegals being covid positive.
Almost a 1/3 of the undocumented children get sent to Florida, Texas & California. That's public record. Since they get sent to their sponsors who are typically family, we can assume that the majority of adult illegals end up in the same states.

Fox News did an article and admitted in the article that no one knows where Desantis' claims came from. Therefore, we dont know if Desantis is being truthful, or if hes just pulling numbers out of his --- to help his argument of blaming immigrants, since he A. made no mandates in this new surge and doesnt want to be blamed, and B. doesnt want to blame tourists because theyre A. not brown people, and B. doesnt want them to get offended and lose their dollars.
Yall wont believe scientists, climatologists, doctors, Biden, the news, etc if they say something that no one can prove. You immediately say theyre lying. But if Desantis, Trump, Fox, OAN, whoever says something that also - cannot be proven - you still take it as fact. It's incredible.
When Obama was president, the border was called "a crisis", then when Trump was elected, its suddenly no longer a crisis. Literally before his first day in office before he could draft any legislation, its no longer a crisis. Then Biden is elected and its immediately a "crisis" again.
Anyone who is not in a coma can obviously tell Desantis has been doing what he has been doing at Florida's expense, so he can run for president in 2024. It's also a well know fact that one of the top 3 GOP talking points is the border. So it should be quite obvious to anyone who finished 6th grade that Desantis is blaming the border for Florida's surge - because thats what his future GOP voters want to hear. It's why Fox News couldn't verify themselves if what he is saying is true. (Because it's not).
But I'm arguing with the same crowd who truly believes that Spirit Airlines had that epic meltdown last week and cancelled hundreds of flights and stranded people for days, simply so they could fly illegals back and forth across the country. Yall are a lost cause.
Fun fact: if you are an American or legal residence traveling to US from abroad, you have to show negative covid test before they even allow you to board the flight to the US. Illegal aliens are exempt from this law, because you know, they have natural immunity from COVID.

If you want to show that the rise in cases isn't a result of illegal immigration, wouldn't you report on the immigration status of the people? Perhaps you don't know the status of every person tested, but I bet they know the status of everyone hospitalized.
