You don't just withdraw without any planning or proper assessment of the situation, and Biden's withdrawal strategy went again military advisers and did not take the views of allies in to account.
The criminal part of this is that Biden rushed the withdrawal for a photo op.

So everyone here believes Biden was the one who sat down at his desk and made the plans? Does the CEO of a company draw up plans when a new server room is needed?
In conclusion what has just happened is a great victory of Al Qaeda and a good recruitment tool, and Afghanistan can now act as a training base for potential Jihadist terrorists, so unlike Vietnam this might have future implications relating to American and Western lives.
In terms of Biden it's possible the worst policy decision a US President has made since the days of the Vietnam War, and even US allies are shacking their heads in disbelief.
As for NATO allies, they are now going to be even more reluctant to ever participate in such US led campaigns ever again, and Biden's decision has caused a lot of criticism from US allies.

Everyone trying to immigrate from that country will be heavily scrutinized and most likely not allowed to enter any key nations. So if they think this will help their cause by conspicuously building an entire nation of terrorists it's incredibly dumb and short sighted.
If any refugees are let in after this the FBI/NSA will monitor every move when they eat, poop and f***. Everything. As it is COVID has prevented free movement, so that increases the hurdle they'll have to establish and set up sleeper cells.
In terms of policy, the US can't bear the brunt of keeping Jihadis in check. It should be everyone's job, including China's.
