It's now Biden's plan. He owns it. There are several things he could have done much much better and didn't because he's an awful President and leader. Leaders don't take bribes from communist countries, leaders don't blame others for his terrible leadership if any leadership exists at all.

The problem is that Biden will just increase the handouts to certain segments - those already on government support in addition to all adults with children (govt support checks - to help pay for the out-of-sight inflation. Moderate-earning adults without children will be screwed royally. So too will moderate-income retirees living off modest SS and a small pension.
