As Biden is incompetent and is unable to simply ORDER the US military and Special Forces into Kabul to rescue US citizens (which is his duty), the Brits are helping to rescue some American citizens as the pull UK citizens from Kabul.

It is a sad day when we have other nations, with far less military capabilities than our own, step up to the plate and save American citizens who have been abandoned by their "president".

We have no president. We have a demented fool in office who is owned by the CCP and forced to comply with their wishes.

God help those stranded Americans, as things are getting worse, not better.

US general tells British special forces: Stop rescuing people in Kabul, you're making us look bad

I understand that the commanding general of the 82nd Airborne Division has told the commander of the British special forces at the Kabul airport to cease operations beyond the airport perimeter.

Maj. Gen. Christopher Donahue has told his British Army counterpart, a high-ranking field-grade officer of the British army's 22nd Special Air Service Regiment, that British operations were embarrassing the United States military in the absence of similar U.S. military operations. I understand that the British officer firmly rejected the request.

A bureaucratic tug of war between the State Department, Pentagon, and White House is also disrupting evacuation operations out of Kabul. This is aggravating British, French, and other Kabul-present military authorities. I understand that these governments have been further aggravated by the failure of the White House and Pentagon to communicate adequately, or in some cases, to communicate at all, on their intentions and actions. All these allies admit, however, that only the U.S. military could provide the airfield defense and air traffic control capabilities now on display.

Still, as I noted on Wednesday , the Biden administration's conduct of the Afghanistan withdrawal has raised deep concerns by allies as to the administration's credibility and confidence. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, allied officials reemphasized this concern to me on Friday.

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!

So the Biden admin would rather leave those people to DIE?

Obviously, Biden's "appearances" are more important than the lives of 40,000 Americans.

I hope to God that we have free elections going forward and SOME DEMOCRATS become sane and abandon these fools. Rigged elections have disasterous consequences. Sadly, this is all due to the childish hatred of Trump by the DNC and the oligarchs. The oligarchs knew Trump would break them up, so they have foisted this POS upon the nation.

Do you think that the oligarchs give one crap about the lives of 40,000 "little people"?? Well, DEMOCRATS, that is what they think of you too. YOU are expendable as well and your life means nothing to them.

Thanks Brits so much for saving the Americans. Sorry we couldn't stand up to the plate like we are known for but as you know, we have clowns in office now. Please don't hold that against us. We'll do better in 2024, we promise. Just bear with us. We'll be back!!!!! Bring America back again!

You realize that other countries have been helping the USA in the Middle East for 20 years now right?

We're allies, so some cross-alliance assistance is to be expected. Thank you Britain. Hopefully we can return the favor.

The US Embassy in Afghanistan has now told Americans NOT to go to the airport. Their only chance for evacuation from the Terrorist controlled Kabul is to hook up with other Nations to get out.

US Citizens need to keep that in mind when traveling abroad …. You can’t depend on the our own Country for help if things go FUBAR. The US planes leaving Kabul are full of Afghans if the leave full at all.

That is our reality today.

YES --the American govt. is advising Americans to not go to the airport today. Taliban leaders are flying in from around the country and the US military is concerned that there will be a heightened Taliban security presence.
