2 New York Judges Order Defendants to be Vaccinated for COVID-19 (legal, suspected)

So now New York resorts to vaccine coercion by a judge, an authority figure, toward people who are unlikely to refuse lest they receive a harsher sentence. What's next? Judges can order defendants to quit smoking? Take flu shots? Otherwise defendants receive 10 years in prison for not considering the safety of others. So typical of the city that mandates vaccines everywhere.
