If we had a VP who was a really capable leader, he (or she) would have been handling the border crisis, overseeing the pandemic control and Afghanistan withdrawal. Being Biden's VP is actually a great opportunity to display talent. But Kamala has been useless.
You are correct, she really blew off a golden opportunity to elevate herself. The only thing she proved was how just incompetent as joe is to lead the country.
According to an anonymous insider which was routine under Trump, Kamala refused to stand next to Biden as he gave his speech full of BS and told Biden "you will not pin this sh## on me."
She'll jump on the chance if the 25th amendment comes up.

She came to be VP because that is who the radical left Democrats wanted as president in the first place. They manipulated Joe into the nomination by cutting deals with his competitors to drop out (remember how so many dropped out on a Monday night, hours before the next primary?), knowing that putting in a brain-deficient old man meant the VP would step into the role. Then they manipulated Joe into choose Kamala, who is both unlikeable and has destructive far-left policies.
Dems know that Kamala would do ANYTHING for power. She stands for nothing. (Although I believe she does kneel for some things.)
