Tell us how you never comment on world events , or what goes on in other states, cities, towns, etc. because you believe "in minding your own business" hmm oh look a quick check of your posting history verifies you are full of it.
While we're on the subject, any words for the Aussies, Canadians and other assorted global busybodies posting here on US events?
And really thats what this covid nonsense is all about; no one minding their own business. from govts big and small, down to your next door neighbor, suddenly everyone wants to know if you've been vaxxed, where you've been, who you've seen...

That guy was Covid positive and supposed to stay at home, isolate and not run around the neighbourhood infecting other people.

BTW, one of the Covid deaths today was his father.

Yes the covidiocy has afflicted us greatly, no one is denying that. In fact there are many threads discussing said stateside idiocy.
However many find Australia is both next level amusing and disturbing, and that's why this thread exists.
Must drive you nuts that you cant stop all the talk about it.

And those judges need to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

It doesn't make the Aussie restrictions any less over the top though.

Oh the dude with Covid and ignoring multiple directions to self isolate. That dude? Now tell us, what is it that you actually think is wrong with that? Try to be honest.

No it exists because people believe the lies they are choosing to be fed. The thread is a testament to wilful ignorance on the whole.

I don't really care at all, but do enjoy the opportunity to repeatedly highlight the ignorance of a certain cohort of posters Some of the stuff you guys believe is just embarrassing for you.

The point is simply that stupid stuff happens the world over where people with authority overstep.

And the point remains that the vast majority of people posting in this thread and others like it have zero understanding of the reality, and actually believe most of the invented fantasies about restrictions in some parts of Australia. Many or which are no different to those experienced by millions of Americans during the height of the pandemic.
