We would all be dead now if it was that bad. Come on, stop it with the hysteria.

Have you really been hiding under your bed for a year and half??

Yes there have been 144 breakthrough deaths in my state since July.

If your ICU capacity is at 80-90% - and much if not most of that is filled with non-covid patients - then they are good to go. That is not a problem level of capacity for an ICU at all. And that is not even taking into account the ICU capacity of other nearby hospitals and the ability to establish overflow capacity.

This is law school 101.

First day of class we learned about being a buttinsky.
Gee - I musta touched a nerve. Actually, once your resort to name calling, you have exposed the utter weakness of your argument.

And it looks like the vaxx will soon be a mandate, which the SCOTUS ruled (about 100 years ago) that the states have the right to do so. So, it may be your body but it is no longer your choice. This is based on the fact that the unvaxxed present a health hazard to the public, and therefore everyone has standing. (Facts are the Achilles Heel of your position.)

Maybe you should have gone to law 101 class more than 1 day.
