I had never heard the word “doolally” until this morning. If you hadn’t either, it turns out to mean exactly what you’d think it means.
I also hadn’t heard last week that that word was being thrown around in British cabinet meetings about Biden, but apparently the UK’s Sunday Times reported it eight days ago. The Washington Post picked it up in a story published the same day. And if you believe the Daily Telegraph, the news didn’t go unnoticed in the Biden White House.
This guy Biden has zero credibility and is the laughingstock of the world, friend and foe alike.
Oh, I had to google what "doolaly" means, since I had never heard the word before. It means "temporarily deranged or feebleminded." I think the latter is more fitting because there's nothing temporary about Biden's stupidity and cluelessness.

It's Etonian vernacular and very characteristic of the kind of insults Boris Johnson would use.
That would make me inclined to think the story is credible.
Yep. The British parliament voted to condemn Biden and Tony Blair called him an imbecile.
And of course the American media/DNC propagandists have barely reported on this. Every American would know about this if it were being said about Trump.
Instead, half the country has no clue how much Biden is mocked around the world.
