How long before whatever thousands of American left behind become hostages? Look what length other countries go to to catch one American and get paid off millions. Taliban could be trading Americans like commodities to Iran for cash. This could go VERY wrong.
I can't wait to see anyone confirm or refute it. I have no doubt he was lying AGAIN.
Plus, he keeps saying how many have been evacuated. Why isn't he telling us how many are still stuck there? I've heard estimates all over the place, including up to 40,000.
He also said 11000 were evacuated in 36 hours. Somebody do the math. How is that even possible out of a backwater airport like Kabul?
11,000 in 36 hours would be approximately 350 every hour on the hour.

The US has no idea how many civilians are in country or where they are because people tend not to register with the embassy. Same thing happened during the chaotic exodus from Vietnam 46 years ago.

Who are these civilians who remained in Afghanistan and what are they doing despite the 2019-20 negotiations between the US and Taliban and all that followed?
