They don’t flat out say it but considering they are demanding people still wear masks and “social distance” even when vaccinated, give no real end goal of when these things can ever be put away for good, make odd comparisons to seat belts, helmets, surgeons wearing masks in surgery and always bring up potential variants that could potentially pop up any moment (which is not something that can ever be stopped, the virus will always mutate) it seems like the obvious thing. The question is why? Is it just hypochondria? Or is it something more?

Capacity restrictions have been a thing since I was a kid. Ever been to a theatre? There's signs with capacity restrictions...

You really think we liberals hit the gym, get nice tan at the beaches, get plastic surgery (not me of course) just so we cover up our gorgeous mugs with face masks?

Why do you think we are so annoyed at the Mur-Veedom folks who won't get vaccinated and spread the diseases like wildfire?? They're hen-blocking us from returning to normal.

No one wants to keep wearing masks and social distancing. No one. We are all heartily sick of this pandemic and want it to end.

The influenza epidemic of the last century lasted two plus years. We're in year two of COVID. We have the ability to beat this thing but when a huge chunk of the population is actively working against that goal it makes it that much longer and more difficult.

I think it’s a mix of unrealistic expectations, fear, anxiety and brainwashing. I do think this will last for a very long time.

If you’re vaccinated, why do you care what other people are doing?

Not to mention even vaccinated people are testing “positive”
Is 100% vaccination the goal? That will never happen, especially worldwide

Oh very clever. You know well that I’m referring to this whole “6 feet distance” thing

Fair? It's patently obvious that this is what Democrats want forever.

No, we want people to stop complaining and actually FOLLOW the guidance of experts (wear masks, socially distance and get vaccinated) long enough for the US to get over Covid. Then we can go back to normal. Most democrats I know are very frustrated that people who refused to do the things I described above are preventing us from going back to normal.

Because the unvaccinated are playground for virus mutation and they are the majority of the people in ICU.

They are holding us back.
