You know what is really crazy: all those vehicles and pieces of equipment need tons of maintenance and spare parts. And the taliban will likely get that maintenance and parts, they will have the money. So the defense contractors will continue to profit off this war even after we pull out. There may be a 3rd country used to facilitate the contracts, but the companies will be getting the money...
