It wasn't a random comment, they were talking about supply chain issues that have plagued us for over a year and a half and she was confirming that they would continue given the continuing concern for COVID.
She wasn't meeting with world leaders -- she was meeting with business leaders to address the supply chain issue and that's why she is talking about that issue.
