Abrams will not leave political life until she becomes governor or obtains a nationally relevant office.... Abrams governor of Georgia would mark the end of the state's republican era... Starting with she would introduce an independent redistricting commission ending power of Republicans maintaining control of the state and putting more power in Atlanta.... Same thing the Democrats did in Virginia.

I argue that is pigeonholing conservatives into a box. I wouldn't argue that libertarians are fiscally conservative and socially liberal; that's a basic way to describe a libertarian that doesn't actually identify what they stand for. No, libertarians are pro minimum government intervention, which translates into less regulations, both monetary and socially in practice. The outcomes are sometimes the same for libertarians and conservatives, but the motivations behind certain policy positions don't always align.

Conservatism and what it means to be a conservative has changed over time and it continues to change.

I don't understand this as I think it's a contradiction in terms
Socially liberal? Social causes like welfare consume the biggest part of government spending. How can one be fiscally conservative at the same time?

Conservatism hasn't changed.... the people who derailed everything... Conservatism has fundamental pillars such as order and tradition and aims to conserve them.... everything that is outside of it is not conservatism.

Fantastic. Goodbye Raphael Warnock!
This makes about as much sense as it did when Hillary ran in New York.
He’s nothing but a carpet bagger.
That is the correct term, as I recall, from when she ran, right?

Afraid of losing again, they're betting on a minority candidate because they've heard over and over that they need more minorities to win... that's all.
Pretty much.

Why do you support partisan gerrymandering? Why should politicians be allowed to draw their own boundaries? Why should Republican be allowed to draw the districts of a state that voted Democratic for president and has two Democratic Senators? Why are you afraid of fair districts? I assume you are a beneficiary of the extremely corrupt Georgia Republican machine.

As Herschel Walker eyes Georgia US Senate seat, a newly revealed stalking claim brings his troubled history under scrutiny

A Texas woman told police in 2002 that Georgia US Senate candidate Herschel Walker had threatened and stalked her..... the football star had been following her, and had previously made "threats to her" and had "her house watched."

Over the years, two other women -- Walker's ex-wife and an ex-girlfriend -- have also accused him of making threats, telling authorities Walker claimed he would shoot them in the head.
