No masks. My friend send to a huge one in TN yesterday. It was like Covid wasn’t even a thing. So what are we supposed to believe?
What do you expect to see? Bodies in the streets? In some counties, it is a huge problem, but you’d have to go to the COVID wing of the local hospitals to actually see the problem or into peoples’ houses where they’re going through the virus without medical intervention.

You're linking to a tweet from last fall. Stop it. Texas deaths are lower than last summer. FL deaths not only are below last summer, but they've taken a nosedive since going to monoclonal treatment.

We are business as usual n getting sick. The thing is many not as sick and maybe vaccinated- cuts back the threat- but are you one that will get super sick? I’d still wear masks n stay away from being in crowded places. They just said - huge numbers got covid with the Surgis bike event- but hush, stay in denial. The town and beer CO’s etc made their loot.
It’s like Russian Roulette- take your chances. FYI my son is over a month in a coma in ICU. Yesterday they said his one lung blew out. Do you really want to take a chance? Or have your family get these calls? -
The U.S. is bringing in tens of thousands of Afghans. Among these, 42% have tested positive for COVID. According to https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsan...hanistans-woes, "the United Nations says that nearly half of all people being tested in recent weeks — 42% — are positive for the coronavirus, suggesting it is widespread." Apparently COVID is NOT a concern during this mass instant immigration.
At the same time, the U.S. is banning people from 33 countries due to COVID cases, according to https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexand...h=3ee1e2fa7ea9. Travel bans have caused economic hardships and the separation of loved ones. Although none of these 33 countries' COVID infections is nearly as high as Afghanistan's, their citizens are not allowed to enter the U.S. due to some arbitrary criteria the U.S. officials have set.
Isn't it obvious that COVID is used for politics? COVID has become a political weapon to control so many things nowadays, including immigration and international travel at the cost of economic hardships and family separations.

Unfortunately, things are not getting back to normal. Schools are having a terrible time dealing with this.
Lots more articles out there. I googled schools COVID and this was one of the first stories.
In South Carolina they have over 3,000 cases of COVID in the schools. Schools just went back last Wednesday. It's only just begun.
I'm not an alarmist but we are seeing a surge in our community and it is impacting concerts, restaurants, schools, businesses and hospitals.
Here in Indiana we just broke a record for new cases that were reported in a single day, 5,037, which is more than when all this first started. The whole State except for nine counties is on orange alert. The Governor is leaving it up to local county officials to enforce mask mandates. If you go around without a mask on here, pretending everything is getting back to normal again, you must be mad.
