Here's info from Texas, VA Yankee.

2-year budget: $ $247.2 billion (That's how Texas does it, every two years.)
2-year Fed Gov funding: $ 87 billion, or 35%

FAR less than California's 61%.

Report prepared by the Texas Legislative Budget Board Staff.

No. It doesn't.

It's not hard to hit that $10,000 limit.

Argue with left-wing think tank ITEP. They have the demographic and statistical data to prove it:

Depends on where you're pulling data from.

In the northeast working families easily exceed that limit. And we're predominately white here... not just the whites make more... we're just... mostly... white...

Not fair confusing the left with facts.

Thank you for taking the time to dig stuff up.

ITEP analyzed nationwide data. This massive Dem tax cut primarily benefits wealthy whites and exacerbates our country's racial wealth and income gaps. It's about as white supremacist and white privilege as you can get.

State voters get what they vote for. Vote in some legislators to reduce state taxes, and it won't be so easy to hit the limit.

Shifting the burden onto taxpayers from other states is not a fair solution. If the NE states have voted for high taxes, don't ask me, here in the NW, to pay them. Either pay the taxes yourselves, or vote to reduce them.

Instead of eliminating the SALT limit, why not just double it? That should please everyone but the rich.
