The reason it won't matter much comes down to what the Taliban actually is: A dis-unified bunch group of people with different loyalties and goals. Many are more loyal to their tribe than to any centralized Taliban leader. They've kicked the foreign occupying infidels out. Now they can get back to the important work of slaughtering each other. I don't expect any single faction will get everything that the US left there. It'll be split up between them.
What the US left behind was a well equipped, trained army that refused to fight for their country.

If you had been paying attention...you would know that Afghan government was just as corrupt as the Talban and were in control of nothing

I don't think Biden sent all that stuff there... at least not directly. He may have voted for it as a senator, but it takes more than just his vote.
