I could find nothing in the article saying that any money was taken from tax revenues.

It all apparently came from private individuals, nonprofit companies, etc.

It's still flatly racist. But not being done by government, for once.

The point is that OP blatantly lies in his posts over and over again. However, people don’t call him on doing so, particularly if he speaking about individuals they dislike.

Secondly, how did you come to conclusion that many Black people forget that there are other races out there besides black and white? How did you come to the conclusion that this has something to do with Black people in general and how do you know what Black people think? How do you even know that backgrounds of “Black” people?

Considering there was so much wealth stolen from African-Americans, is it really? I don’t know. Not sure how to fix the generational problems in this country.

From the article...

The goal is to help shrink the racial wealth gap in San Diego County, where studies show 65 percent of Whites are homeowners compared to 31 percent of Blacks.

Wouldn't the non-racist way to administer this program be to provide funding for the 35% of whites that don't own homes and the 69% of blacks that don't own homes?

Race is never the correct way to determine who should get assistance and who should not.

Actually, it was Biden that claimed blacks are highly monolithic in their thinking....

"And by the way, what you all know but most people don't know, unlike the African American community with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things. You go to Florida you find a very different attitude about immigration in certain places than you do when you're in Arizona. So it's a very different, a very diverse community,"

Seen that. He said African-Americans, not Black people. The two are not one in the same. The Latino community is more diverse. Either way, not sure what that has to do with comment from the poster.

Generational problems are largely resolved when a family becomes a two-parent household.

Maybe the racists money lenders in San Diego could work on black absentee fathers instead of financing houses that may or may not have two-parents living in them.

I'm guessing black kids that grow up living in rental properties with two-parents will be far more likely to own homes than black kids that grow up in one of their financed homes but lacking a father.
