More in the link above.

So, if true, how would this not be treason?
Sounds like Milley needs some extensive psychiatric care.

There is a reason THE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO ELECT PRESIDENTS, NOT INSTALL THEM THROUGH THE OLIGARCHS.

The "fears of liberals" have only been realized through Biden- a pretender installed by liberals and not selected by the people. everything liberals feared about Trump, which never materialized, have become reality in Biden.

Milley needs to be tried for treason and executed.

Seriously?

"Heroic action"? Is that how you refer to treasonous acts? Wow! That's really chilling

"Madman"? TDS sure runs deep in some.

"B-b-b-b-but Trump!"

Another useless/pointless response that adds no value to the conversation. You have quite a track record there.

I don't understand how anyone can defend this.

It gives any military person the ability to collude with another country.

Surely you must admit that is a bad idea and cannot be tolerated.

The president is the leader of the military. We can't have individuals deciding to go around him because "they don't like him".

But I'm not surprised. Your Democratic cronies tried using a heavily edited video of Trump's speech during his impeachment hearings, and still tried claiming it was real after the full footage was shown which shutdown any credibility the Dems had left.
It's was liberal paranoia.

They probably spooked China with their phony rhetoric.

According to excerpts published by the Washington Post and CNN, General Milley also promised his deputies not to immediately obey a possible extreme order from Donald Trump, especially over the use of nuclear weapons, after the Republican presidential election defeat in November. . 3 against Joe Biden.

While the US intelligence services concluded that China had a US attack on its hands, Chief of Staff General Li Zuocheng called twice: on October 30, shortly before the US presidential election, and on January 8, two days after the assault by supporters of Donald Trump on the Capitol.

“General Li, I want to assure you that the U.S. state is stable and that everything will be in order,” he told her, according to this book, based on the anonymous testimonies of 200 U.S. officials. “We are not going to attack you or carry out military operations against you.”

General Milley recalled his Chinese counterpart two months later as Donald Trump’s behavior, furious about his election defeat, became more and more erratic. “Everything is fine,” he told her. “But democracy is messy at times.”

In addition, General Milley called the general staff to emphasize that if Donald Trump orders a nuclear attack, he must first be notified.

He looks everyone in the eye and asks all the assembled officers to confirm that they understand it correctly, adding Woodward and Costa, according to which it was an ‘oath’.

He also asked CIA Director Gina Haspel and the head of military intelligence, Paul Nakasone, to monitor any irregular behavior by Donald Trump.

“Some may think that Milley exceeded his authority and entrusted him with excessive powers,” write the authors of “Peril.”

But he was convinced that he was doing what was necessary “so that there would be no historical break in the international order, accidental war with China or others, and that nuclear weapons would not be used,” they add.

Treason?: Gen. Milley Undermined Trump White House With Secret Calls, Promising To Alert China Of Potential U.S. Attacks

Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made secret calls to his Chinese counterpart in the final days of the Trump administration out of hysteria that President Donald Trump might order an attack.

Milley made two phone calls to Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army, according to an excerpt published Tuesday from a new book by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political reporter Robert Costa titled “Peril.” One call occurred on Oct. 30, 2020 — four days before the November election — and one on Jan. 8 of this year, two days after the Capitol riot by a mob of Trump supporters. In each, Milley assured the Chinese the United States was not preparing to strike.

“General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley reportedly told Zuocheng in October. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.”

According to Woodward and Acosta, Milley even pledged to alert the Chinese in advance of an impending strike.

“General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise,” Milley allegedly said.

How many times have I said that many of those in the swamp have sold themselves out to China.

They are all over the place in DC... like the rats in Baltimore.

And the question is still there... who is leaking this information?
I knew he was a sleazebag but he is actually worse. A traitor to ALL AMERICANS. What the hell do we have running this country?

Not surprised at all. I could smell the BS as I read his response and already had a gut feeling it was fake news.

Exactly. If you're China (or any other rival nation) you can't afford to go on the assumption that this is just one more instance of Trump being Trump. If it looks, smells and acts like a wackadoodle with nuclear launch codes, you have to act accordingly. Just like we would if the tables were turned. Milley is not the bad guy here.

You better get your head on straight. This is very abnormal of what the dems are doing.. If anyone should be removed it is Biden .. look at what Biden did... Trump never came close. You are believing the nuts of DC that are so far left they left their brains and rely on their own propaganda that is so far out there they should all be put in a mental institution and anyone who goes along with this crap should be institutionalized too.
