In the past couple years we've seen a bunch of statues torn down, removed, and vandalized. Columbus, George Washington, and even Abe Lincoln have been targeted, among others. Hill.com gives a list

We never seem to hear about some of the colleges and universities named after the un-woke. Five examples:
1)Harvard University. It was named after Rev. John Harvard, who founded the school in 1636. His purpose was to buttress religious orthodoxy.
The background was that the civil authorities in Boston were prosecuting a holy war against dissidents. Some were allowed to leave and plant new communities, as with Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island in 1635, who argued for a right of individual conscience.
But others were dealt with more harshly. There were cases of Quaker women stripped and examined for marks of witchcraft. Some were 'whipped through the streets,' and some even hanged. These were the founding principles of Harvard.
2)Stanford University. Stanford was founded by Leland Stanford, a 19th century railroad tycoon (he tapped in the famous 'golden spike'). Stanford also was a Gov. of California. He was (gasp!) a Republican.. According to historian Richard White:
[u]nder Gov. Leland Stanford, wars of extermination of Indians were pursued, "as well as policies that provided for indenture and forced labor of Indian children."
3)Duke University. Duke U. is now perhaps best known for basketball and for false rape accusations. It is named after James B. Duke, who founded the American Tobacco Company in 1890. Duke's claim to fame was development of automatic cigarette rolling machines that could churn out up to 120,000 cigarettes in a day. He was perhaps founder of 'big tobacco.'
4)Johns Hopkins. In 2020, historian Martha S. Jones reported census records revealing that Johns Hopkins was a slave owner.
5)Wellesley College. This is Hillary Clinton's alma mater, and known generally for inculcation of far-leftism. As far as I can find out, it was named after Arthur Wellesley, aka, the Duke of Wellington, an early 19th century British officer and politician. He made his bones by subjugating the Indian subcontinent for Britain. He had a career of slaughtering "brown people" (as liberals call them).
Some may argue that we should simply rename these campuses, not tear them down. I say that would be insufficient. I'd lay waste to all 5, and perhaps salt the soil. The good news is that there would be plenty of activists right on site to carry out the destruction.
MR. PROTESTER, TEAR DOWN THIS CAMPUS!!!
