1) It is easier to emulate than to innovate.
2) The Chinese are most definitely more intelligent than us, but we were the ones who invented capitalism(though it was really the Jews).
3) Silicon Valley remains the dominant force when it comes to the global consumer market. China sells almost entirely within its domestic market. The #1 export of the United States is culture. Movies, music, video games, everything. China does not export culture.
4) Even if China had better tech than us(they don't), why would that mean America is "finished"? The United States has better technology than pretty much everyone, does that mean they're finished?

Because they never define their terms. To them "finished" really means "someplace I don't like".

Well America used to be by far the most advanced with technology. That is no longer the case. And we can never reclaim that.
In a lot of ways China is far more advanced than we are. And they have smarter people, many times more of them, and they work harder. A lot average 12 hour days. They have a lot more millionaires and a lot more factories. To produce anything.
The US silicon valley is not just #1 in software. And that will change since smarter people in other countries will be able to compete with that long distance. In meantime we dumb down our schools in the name of equality.
China silicon valley is #1 in building all new tech and hardware. No way we can ever catch up to them.
