Majority of "Pro-life" supporters are men, and only 32% have a college degree not a surprise there.

I've said this before, but I'm pro-choice and anti-Roe.

Roe v Wade was a horribly decided opinion. Almost all legal scholars are in agreement on this. The argument spelled out by Blackmun is very tendentious.

I also think judicial review needs to be rolled back some. The weakness of Congress compared to the Supreme Court and presidency is the biggest flaw in our government. Congress is the most representative of the branches, and it's the weakest. Great, some democracy we have here. We need to exercise our democratic muscles by empowering Congress and weakening the courts and the executive.

Also, US abortion policy under Roe was quite radical compared to peer countries. Especially before Casey. Ending Roe will bring the US in line with international norms on abortion, where abortions become progressively harder to obtain the more developed the fetus is.

As to whether abortion should be federalized by Congress (obv by preempting state bans, there's no way in hell abortion could be outlawed nationwide) I am ambivalent about. On the one hand banning abortion will lead to worse lives for some people, on the other hand I see this as obviously a state issue according to the constitution.

A child conceived thru rape has NO guilt, he is a normal human being and should not be aborted under any circumstances. The child has no power to pick and choose whose its parents will be!
No but you are victimizing the woman and forcing them to give birth and extend the trauma. And mind you, rape charges are among the easiest charges for a man to get off from.

That and you do know that often times the incest cases that cause an abortion are from rape, right?

MY BODY. MY CHOICE.
So “my body my choice” only applies to fetuses and not vaccines and facemasks?

It’s not your body or your choice, and liberals made that decision when it came to covid 19 vaccines and facemasks.

National DNA database. Make the absent fathers responsible for the expenses of the child and put them in prison alongside the child when the child murders someone.

Adoption. Don't want a child? There's ways to protect yourself. Both parties. And if that doesn't work, there's adoption. Plenty of people, my wife and I included, would love to adopt. It sickens us, as well as the next guy, when a young mother kills the child because the child wasn't wanted.

Adoption would be the ultimate compromise.

Many abortions occur NOT because people were irresponsible. See my prior post.

You’re looking for someone to blame where there is no one.
About 50% of women seeking abortions were not using birth control when they got pregnant (CDC). In this day and age when there are 10,000+ taxpayer-funded Title X Family Planning Clinics (read: FREE birth control) located throughout the US, WHY are so many women who wish to avoid pregnancy NOT using birth control? 50%. That's an outrageous statistic when birth control is so easily accessible.

That's because it's not a murder law.

Again, those who kill a fetus regardless of whether the mother is killed or not are charged with murder or at least manslaughter. That's legal precedent that establishes a fetus as a human life in courts of law.

That 's meaningless. It mirrors the percent of men in general who have a college degree.
