Eventually this country will become fed up with being victimized by a predatory criminal minority and the pendulum will swing back towards sanity. Until then, the only logical choice is to get out of harm's way. Across America white people are migrating to "safe" places like Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
I spent 30+ years as a teacher trying to change the mindset of urban teenagers. In retrospect, it was 30+ years wasted. There is no fixing these miscreants. America's only hope is to reduce their numbers through financial disincentives.
Since I'm older now and consequently more vulnerable, I retired to a state where these thugs don't live. I consider it to be the best decision I've ever made. It has been an incredible stress-reducer and I recommend it to everyone.
Ironically, the South which is the Blackest region in the USA is also drawing tons of Whites. I think the COL and policies is what drives people more than anything else.

I'm a dark skinned Indian American and I've been to those lily white Mountain states you mentioned. Worst I got was a few odd stares. OTOH, I wouldn't set foot in any Black ghetto. POC are far safer in an all white town than they are in a black ghetto. My biggest worry is a re-surgance of overt racism where us POC lose our civil rights and status if there is a huge white backlash.

A resurgence of overt racism against minorities? People swore that Obama and Trump being elected would increase the chances of it but it never was the case minus isolated incidents like the Indian engineer who got killed in Kansas City and the Charleston Church Massacre.
I don't see a resurgence of overt racism anytime. You'll always have a fringe minority of people saying or doing something reckless but as far as a Neo-Nazi or KKK type of movement boosting back up? I don't see that happening at all anytime soon.

I doubt that's really your biggest worry. You just think saying that makes the previous sentence more palatable.
The only thing that would happen in a white backlash would be the dissolution of the United States.
If America even pretended to be racist for a day, it would lose its empire, the economy would collapse, and the dollar would be worthless.
