What worries me now is the possibility of a perfect storm type scenario.
The rise of Islamic Terrorism Extremist Groups and training camps, at the same time as a refugee crisis, and in terms of the US a lack of border controls coupled with the whole de-fund the police BLM campaign.
It doesn't take a genius to work out that cities that de-fund or cut the police open themselves up both to terrorism in the first place, and secondly will struggle to respond to an on-going terrorist situation.
Whilst the Federal Authorities are already snowed under with cases, with the withdrawal of Afghanistan potentially adding to this burgeoning case load.
The US and West need to get their act together quickly, as counter terrorism and well funded police, now need to be the order of the day in response to events in Afghanistan.
