Plaintiffs filed suit with this court on August 17, 2021, to vindicate their rights, including their right to be free from unwanted physical intrusion, to reserve their guaranteed, codified and fundamental rights of informed consent; and to be free from involuntary inoculation against a virus that poses statistically zero threat to them.
