There's nothing to comprehend. The statement is factually incorrect. Pot. Kettle. Black -since you brought up mental capacity. Jeebus. The projection is strong with this one.

Serious question. Do liberals value human life at all?
The evidence is in and they believe in human sacrifice !!!

You are conflating gun control with ban.... But you missed the point. Framing the discussion in the manner in this thread doesn't do anything to contribute to the discussion.

i focus on the drug war simply from life experiences, my mother was a nurse starting in the 1940s and by the time i came around she was coming home from work and shooting up and falling asleep after she made dinner of course, she was addicted for years and maintained her career as well as being an upstanding citizen within the community..

uncle was town drunk who begged mom for pills in the 1950s, he was a professional baseball player at one time...
addiction has always been with the human race and if there is fairly easy accessibility it is not much of a societal issue

Nixon started the modern war on drugs as a way to fight back at rising black political activism (or is that just CRT commie talk?) and because our troops were becoming addicted in a bad war...

researching the Neo-con people finds the phrase "full spectrum dominance" in conjunction with imperial outreach towards Afghanistan all plans fully in place before 911....

in the late 19th century the catholic church itself held no potions on abortion, the modern politicization comes from the evangelical right searching for something to be outraged about trying to get into politics

the populist evangelical right has some of their members who cant contain their joy over their seemingly seeing eye-to-eye with the Taliban on many political issues, and they blurb it out on twitter

No not unless it gives them votes

They are grabbing power at epic rates. You have to be blind not to see the totalitarian method of ruling.

The power and directives are not coming from the D or R parties!!! Those that think they are don’t understand how low global governments are on the pyramid of power.

Case and point. Look at Biden. A few of you have correctly figured out that Biden is a puppet and he’s being run by his handlers. Yes this is true! But who do the handlers answer to? Americans are almost incapable to look up and understand this pyramid of power. Instead they really think all power rests at the Democratic or Republican levels. WRONG! This is myopic thinking.

Yes I got off topic here, but we all need to be on the same page, before it’s too late and they take everything away from us because that’s where all of this is headed. It’s one massive power grab and we simple folks are the ones losing.

this 1975 video clip sums it up

Intrastate travel within Australia is also severely restricted. And the government of South Australia, one of the country’s six states, developed and is now testing an app as Orwellian as any in the free world to enforce its quarantine rules. People in South Australia will be forced to download an app that combines facial recognition and geolocation. The state will text them at random times, and thereafter they will have 15 minutes to take a picture of their face in the location where they are supposed to be. Should they fail, the local police department will be sent to follow up in person. “We don’t tell them how often or when, on a random basis they have to reply within 15 minutes,” Premier Steven Marshall explained. “I think every South Australian should feel pretty proud that we are the national pilot for the home-based quarantine app.”
And if they started that in the US.....what? You have guns, so you'd shoot the police? You'd attack the state capitol and kill the Governor?

it has nothing to do with life when the people who want guns everywhere also want abortion to be banned. it's a convenient single issue vote that keeps certain politicians and their mistresses laughing all the way to the bank.

This is just another hypocritical contrived question. I have no idea why you think liberals don't care about people killed by the bombing, nor about blacks killed (clearly, they care more than conservatives) - and I also don't know why you keep pretending babies are being aborted. No baby is aborted. Just an embryo or fetus.

If you want to talk about valuing life, keep in mind that it's usually conservatives who favor the death penalty, who are pro-war, and who tend to threaten violence.

I would like to see less abortion, so I support universal healthcare, sex ed in schools starting from middle school at the latest, mandated paid parental leave, subsidized childcare, and increased maternal health measures, particularly in states with very high maternal and infant mortality rates like Texas.

The right, on the other hand, simply says ban it and screw addressing any of the structural issues that make pregnancy impossible for many women to carry out.
