This claim has been going around since Clinton was in office about how the country would just get bluer and the old folks would die off and blah blah blah never win another presidential election...then got regurgitated when Obama was in office...and here it is yet again.

Especially interesting claim to make in early 2022 and is unlikely to age well by the end of the year unless the economy and Biden's poll numbers turn around.
