Klobuchar doesn’t flat say it in the interview, but her words are a reflection that she believes it. I do also, by the way, agree. I have a lot of respect for Amy Klobuchar, even if I don’t always agree with her politics. She knows they only have until 2022 to get a truly liberal justice in, she is wise enough to understand the way things are right now the senate is probably going back to red.

Or maybe she saw what a underhanded snake in the grass Mitch McConell was and what he did with President Obama's last Supreme Court Nominee Merrick Garland.
If she would have retired then President Obama would have had 2 Nominees that McConell would reject & hand to Trump.
