Why aren't Americans allowed to get a prescription for Ivermectin in its HUMAN form?

I had no problem getting a prescription for it. It's sitting in my medicine cabinet in case I ever test positive.

It's cheaper to use the horse paste and it's the same exact drug.

There are states where doctors are not allowed to prescribe it or are discouraged in such language that it’s clear they better not prescribe it. Everyone I know who has it around here got it from a telemedicine appointment with an out-of-state doctor. Those appointments have not been covered by insurance.

The CVS here will not fill it, I’m not sure how that works..... or why they are doing it.

Did you just ask your regular doctor or did you find one? I was considering asking mine.

Doctors are afraid of losing their jobs, and I don't blame them.

One of the guys I know who went to get his filled by Walgreen's went through quite the ordeal but they finally filled it.
