Please provide a link to a story by the Intercept that states that Fauci lied. Not Rand Paul, not the Washington Examiner, but the Intercept. You said it, now let's see it.
I said the story was broken by the Intercept. They are a Lefty publication, so of course they are not going to assert he is a liar.
I also called you uninquisitive. And with good reason. Because if you were the opposite of that, you would have actually read the story and realized the evidence that he lied is staring you right in the face.
He testified under oath that the NIH provided no funding for gain of function.
The FOIA documents obtained by the Intercept spell out the exact opposite.
This isn't complicated stuff, for anyone who wants to be objective about it.
I doubt I would include you in that description, however.

I have the articles somewhere on my computer that listed the patents for the covid-19 vaccines (which were created around 2002) and you are right, the virus was created in order to use the vaccines to make Fauci, Gates, pharm companies, etc. big money.
