That's really strange. Is he trying to just look as dumb as possible? You'd think his handlers, if there are any, would tell him not to say things like that.

"I‘m supposed to stop and walk out of the room," Biden said after finishing prepared comments in the East Room of the White House.

And his sycophants don't care. Every wonder how Hitler's, Mao, Pol Pot, Stalin get into power, wonder no more. We can see the kind of people responsible for allowing monsters to assume office, by looking at these blind, flag waving Biden voters.
Remember when Trump walked out on the signing of a bill -- before he signed the bill.
So Biden has to deal with all the teasing just like Trump has to. It's part of the job.

Is that all you got? Clearly Biden is being TOLD what to do and reads what others write for him. There is no denying that. If you really want to bring up Trump, he has no trouble talking without note cards.
President Biden does not have a particularly effective filter, and these comments do not play well, but I appreciate that his advisors are helping him to navigate a press and public that is eager to catch him out.

He sometimes speaks without thinking in an effort to explain himself. He just talks too much. That's a negative in a president, whose words should always be measured because they are so far-reaching.
