It's looking more like there's a behind the scene's "think tank" calling the shots with Biden just being the "front man" to this terrible entertainment act. Who makes up the "think tank"? Most likely The Clintons, Obama, Pelosi, a hand full of psychologists from various prestigious college universities around the US, a number of high profile entertainers, just to name a few.

Media often edits POTUS remarks to manufacture news.
People tend to believe anything when it seems to validate their perceptions. Media knows this and often edits POTUS’ remarks to create news out of thin air. Happened with Trump, Obama, Bush…..
In my opinion people do not have the brain power to tell whats real and what isnt so the media just puts out crap and the majority of the masses believe it!!

All Presidents are puppets. If you think they set the protocol, agenda you all live in some make believe world. They are coordinated all day long. Even Trump's 'random helicopter chats were programmed into the schedule.
