Are you referring to the [old] 2014 study done by Guttmacher Institute?
Even they admit that from 2002 to 2014 the number of abortions had gone down due to the use of contraceptives. While that institute does seem to lean pro-choice, they admit that using contraceptives can be "highly effective". And, it's a no brainer that no method is perfect.
“Contraceptive methods are highly effective at preventing unintended pregnancies, but no method—and no user—is perfect,” says Rachel Jones, author of the analysis. “Abortion patients should have access to the full range of contraceptive counseling and services to support them in preventing future unintended pregnancies.”[/quote] https://www.guttmacher.org/news-rele...th-they-became
Personally, I have no problems with my tax money going for contraceptives for low income women. I also have no big problems with underage girls having an abortion. I have no big problems with those who have an abortion to save their own lives, IF, due to injury or some sort of illness where they would probably die if the fetus is not aborted.
The Guttmacher Institute (the research arm of Planned Parenthood) did a study in 2005 (reporting responses from the previous year) in which they asked women who had had an abortion why they had chosen to do so. The full study is here:
The percentage of women who listed each reason was given; it appears that respondents could select more than one answer. Two percent reported that their husband or partner was abusive (this is as close as I could find to a partner pressuring the woman for sex). One percent reported that they had been raped. Half a percent reported that their sex was incestuous. Thus, even if these respondents were mutually exclusive, this means that only 3.5 percent of the respondents reported forceful partners, rape, or incest as their reasons for getting an abortion.
If we can ban the other 96.5 percent of abortions, I would say that allowing the remaining 3.5 percent of them would be a reasonable compromise.
Again, some women are not going to reveal that information and therefore would not participate in that kind of a study. Not sure why that is so difficult for you to grasp.
What is a "non-traditional" beautiful woman? Does it mean she's beautiful inside but not in appearance? We used to say she had a good personality if she wasn't a pretty girl.
I believe in a woman's right to choose, but it seems many woman use abortions for birth control, which is ridiculous when there are so many birth controls available, including the morning after pill.
Yes, abortion is the ultimate birth control. What do you suggest if your first method doesn’t work?

No...a nice way of saying these "child murdering women" fall below a rating of 5/10.
