Companies over 100 people will be forced into 100% vaccine compliance or get tested once per week.
This could go a multitude of ways. Big time provocation here. Now one's income will be dependent on taking the vaccine. How's that going to work? Will people quit and start small business? How will it affect the economy?
Wait for the actual documentation to come out if you are holding out.

What are they going to do when the COVID is still here after "everyone" is vaccinated? It's going to be here, because the vaccinated are spreading it around.

I am sick of pandemic and want it to end and in a way forced vaccination is a good thing or make a rule that says no mask mandates for vaccinated people and put a disclaimer that says if you do not get vaccinated, we are not held responsible if you get sick enough to go to hospital because of covid as it was your choice. And ban all rules forcing social distancing as well.
If you are not vaccinated you are on your own. The ones of us who are responsible and got vaccinated should not have to wear masks because some refuse the vaccine for stupid political reasons.
Anyways Biden I do not think can force any workers publicly to get vaccinated. He can only force workers of Federally owned companies/organizations to get vaccinated. The president does not have the power to force it on all companies. Those decisions are up to the individual companies unless they are Federal government employees.

Sorry, I don't have that information. I just know these people died and one is in bad shape as we speak. As much as I'm affected by nebulous numbers, I'm more greatly affected when it hits closer to home.
It's estimated that about 900,000 people die each year from hepatitis B and related diseases. Hepatitis B vaccine is around for a lot of time so long term safety should already be established. Why there is no Hepatitis B mandate?
If these vaccines are so effective as they say you are free to take the vaccine and protect yourself, so an individual that chooses not to take the vaccine won't pose a significant threat for others only for himself. Now, if anytime these non vaccinated individuals pose a threat to hospital occupation then I feel sometimes masks and/or frequent tests may be mandatory for these individuals. Other than that, what is the point to force a delivery guy or a driver to take the vaccination they don't want to take?
I dare him to mandate vaccinations for federal benefit recipients such as welfare, Medicaid and food stamps, how about WIC and SSI. That would hurt a lot of poor black folks. It would make a lot of people very angry.
He's not going to touch SSI, nor even mention it. Doing so would cause political blow back so profound the dems would be politically bankrupt for decades. SSI is politically safe and untouchable from any event, even pandemics, asteroids, or The End of the World. Dems consider SSI a proud hallmark that proves socialism works.

Some people suck from the system. Are you just realizing it now? Others says govt workers are a drain on the system as the work could be done cheaper and more efficiently with a non unionized work force.
To get back to the topic, NONE of your above mentioned diseases are communicable, covid is, hence the need for vaccines.
If you dont want the shot, get a new job. There are plenty of small places hiring that wont require you to get jabbed. Your choice.
Actually that does not matter. Research has shown that the vaccinated can have the same viral load and be just as contagious as an unvaccinated person. Boom, Biden’s entire premise out the window.

Yes vaccinated people can spread the disease. They have the same viral,load in their nasal cavities as unvaccinated people for the first 7 days, then their viral load drops dramatically and reduces the risk for transmission dramatically.
