I'm not vaxxed and none of my friends and/or neighbors have gotten covid. So now what?

The virus changes and what we know about it changes. So we have to change in response. It sounds to me you want the policy to be "ignore the virus."

Nothing we've tried to date works. This absurd notion that everyone should be vaccinated to stop the variants will not work. I repeat: it will not work.

Me getting vaccinated doesn't save the lives of my friends and neighbors. I can still spread covid even if I'm vaccinated (which I am). They need to get their own vaccine to save their life.

I'm fully vaccinated and I told myself I'm not playing these games anymore. I'm not wearing masks anymore. If a business requires it, I'll just leave and go somewhere else.
I'm not getting any booster shots. In fact, I really regret getting the vaccine in the first place.
Not going on vacation in any place that requires vaccine passports or any of this BS.

75% of THE PEOPLE are already vaccinated. The truth is that no matter what Biden says, the politically motivated have decided to die on this hill (and some of them will). The mandates will get some of the hesitant though because they need the job, are procrastinators etc. Maybe it moves that 75% to 80% or 85%. That would be real progress. That is all that can be hoped for. The smarter old people will get boosters and they will be well-protected against even infection for at least several months, maybe much longer. And kids vax will soon be available to protect the only group that doesn't have that option now. By spring this is over in the sense that covid will no longer be a disease of great concern. For everyone except the very old, it will be a disease of choice.
