Biden by FAR. When ANY "president" illegitimate or not starts a speech off with this is not about freedom when this country was FOUNDED on freedom then yeah, his dementia riddled brain has gone haywire.

I guess we'll see after his term is finished, but the last four presidents have all been in the 200 range - bear in mind Trump is the only one term president among them.
