Right. They are already scheduling people to get their boosters. 2 freakin' shots and not even 6 months later, they say you need another one.

I suppose in a few months there will be another vaccine for a variant, followed by a booster, followed by yet another vaccine.....

Hopefully those on this merry-go-round don't bruise easily.

This arguement of all of the BS pro vax arguements out there, this one is the most logical and sound.

I still wish that the natural immunity from already having it would be more discussed. It is rarely mentioned. It's just get the shot and shut up already.

I had COVID last month, why should I have to be treated for a disease I had, recovered from, and have antibodies and natural immunity.

Just the fact that this is rarely mentioned should be raising some red flags.

What did your doctor say when you asked them that question?

I am around young children like many of us are. They can't be vaccinated yet so we could easily spread it to them. So it's not personally a threat to me, it's a threat to them. We need to care of our kids.

At this point the goalposts have shifted from the elderly to the children and immunocompromised who are unable to get vaccinated.

I understand that COVID patients take up valuable hospital beds, but the entire purpose of a hospital is to care for sick patients.

Incorrect

For starters, mutations are just as likely (if not more so) to come from people who have taken the mRNA shots.
Additionally, much of the "effectiveness of your shots" are wearing off over time, and your immune system, assuming you are older. They didn't promote the EUA shots as take them now, and then expect to take indefinite boosters in the future, did they?
But that is likely what people will be facing unless they get natural immunity, or take a traditional vaccine with higher and more permanent efficacy, such at the Noravax which will hopefully come to market next year.

Even at the height of the Wuhan virus, few hospitals were overwhelmed, and all the tent medical centers, ships, etc. were barely used before they were taken away. I am in a city where we were the epicenter of the state, yet few of the many hospitals were overwhelmed. Granted people did die, many of whom were in poor health to begin with, with multiple co-morbidities, not to mention obesity.
Are you demanding they lose weight so as to not take up needed beds for others?

That applies to everyone, those with the shots who can be carrying the asymptomatic virus, and those who have not taken the shots.
Heck if anything, if those who have not taken the shots will get more ill, it will be easier to spot/avoid them, instead of giving yourself a false sense of security among who have the shots, but can still spread the virus.
Just take a look at the figures coming out of Israel and Iceland with all those with the shots spreading it to each other.

It’s a threat to the liberal ego.

“My body my choice” only applies to cherry picked issues like abortion. Vaccines for a 98% survival rate virus don’t count. According to liberals.
