If the virus remains in circulation for a longer length of time, and becomes more widespread, the greater the chance it mutates into forms that are stronger against the vaccine. Vaccinated people are less likely to spread the virus. The virus is spreading mainly among the unvaccinated. That’s how unvaccinated people are a threat. The more the unvaxxed resist vaccination, the longer this pandemic will last.

I can’t wait until the 5th wave when the people with 4 shots are blaming it on the people with 3 shots.

Right. Who am I kidding?
About the only thing these threads prove is that a whole lot of people have a whole lot of time to waste. I'm retired too. Glad I no longer have to worry about changing the minds of people who can't help but get in the way of progress...

You have a history of telling how useless it is for you being on city Data but keep coming on C_D to tell us how useless it is.

Data from COVID-19 tests in the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore are showing that vaccinated people who become infected with Delta SARS-CoV-2 can carry as much virus in their nose as do unvaccinated people. This means that despite the protection offered by vaccines, a proportion of vaccinated people can pass on Delta, possibly aiding its rise.
The issue is that the vaccinated are unknowingly spreading the virus whereas I would assume most of the unvaccinated that show symptoms would quarantine to prevent putting others at risk. If the vaccinated were required to get Covid tests on a weekly basis and quarantine after testing positive, I am sure the number of cases would decline. Vaccinated or not, you can still spread the virus. As long as the virus can spread amongst the vaccinated, it will always be in circulation.

Obesity is not a communicable deadly virus. Period.

well a virus with a 98% survival rate and most people having little or no symptoms, covid isnt in the class of ebola or nipah and others. Deadly becomes a relative term.

The loved ones of the people who died from this disease with a free vaccine available and a clear way to manage it into herd immunity are fascinated by your nonsense. Nobody else is, though.
