Well, the President Trump doll is the most offensive because the box says 2016. He won the election that year, so saying 'Big Loser' is inaccurate, false, and spreading misinformation. It's like the Democrats calling into question the integrity of that election, with no proof.
I'd think of buying some just to prank everyone at work by placing them all over my cubicle, or putting them in the urinal at a local restaurant. The possibilities are endless (think Team America: World Police).
