Yeah, its Americans fault! What a freaking joke! Thats right, the rules are not for the sophisticated elite class. Just for the little guy.

Last summer the southern states that defied the COVID guidelines saw a surge in the spread after the lockdowns were lifted. Had nothing to do about being in the south.

The south had a surge in the winter just like the north.....why -- because defying social mandates, holiday times, increased travel.

The south had a surge this summer -- not in June when school broke out and the vacations hit but in August when kids went back to school.

And other factors impact the cycles.

Wisconsin never had the preliminary surge -- they didn't see significant outbreaks until fall/winter. Not because it is a northern state -- but more about the lifestyle. Wisconsin is not inclined to get as many visitors, the population density, etc.

Similar in North Dakota. They really have only one big surge....while Florida has clearly had four significant surges. It isn't just the lack of guidelines but also the time of living -- higher density, more visitors from all over.....
Mississippi’s wave began in July. Cases steadily increased and peaked around August 25th. Then they started declining. Previous peaks were in January and July. Roughly a s pic month pattern between peaks.

You can see this six month pattern in most states with southern states being on similar timelines and northern states being on sim liar timelines. It’s a pattern.

Okay, prove it. Or disprove the fact that about 36,000 americans died in auto accidents last year. Or disprove the fact that 1,100 or so folks are dying every day from Covid.

I'll wait.

And I can also see that you've never had a stats course of any kind. A 79 year old male can, in fact, expect to live, on average, another 8.98 years. Here's a link to the Social Security web site, but I doubt if you will be able to understand the facts presented.

Nationwide the surge began in July.,

Mississippi and Lousiana were the first to see the impact because they were the least vaccinated states.

But if you look at all the states, this current surge started early July......and hit it's peak and grew a few weeks later.

The surge wasn't caused by school openings.

But school openings facilited the spread and therefore a bigger surge.

First week of school (first week of August) in Mississippi saw 4500 kids in the first week test positive.

Honestly, don't wait too long ... you're probably going to die soon being over 70 and the average life expectancy being 78.8 and all.

Also, lmao - aren't you the same poster who didn't have a clue that over 120 million people in the US have been infected by covid?

Christ on a cracker, I literally have to spoon feed you what the chances of dying in a car crash are?

It's 1 in 107. My bad.

Are you still alive? Tick tock ...

It’s religion and it’s a violation of the 1st amendment to force everyone to partake in it.

The virus is doing what it was meant viruses do, rise and fall, for covid, roughly every six months, peak and fall over and over again.
Yeah, the pattern this summer was over a million people let through the southern border and not forced to test or even quarantine for covid, and those who had known cases were allowed to travel. Let’s be really honest about the summer surge please.

You just keep making it easy. "Average" life expectancy is a meaningless number when applied to an individual, since it varies with age and gender. How do you explain my 98 year old mother? She is expected to live another 2+ years.

And your covid number is an estimate. confirmed cases are a liitle over 40 million. Do you even know the difference between confirmed and estimates? I go with, you know, actual data, not some SWAG

i knew you wouldn't understand.

The massive migration across the border began in January though.
