College campuses have been the source of activism for more than 60 years:.
Colleges and universities have gone far beyond "activism", which is advocating for certain causes, they are now actively fighting to shut down any opposition to their ideas. They are reversing hundreds of years of progress and liberalism in its classic definition. The three articles below provide specific examples.

Ugly people often develop a strong sense of self-hatred which they later project out onto the world in various forms. I guess hating her own country is one of those forms.

Niya McAdoo’s bizarre retweet, from a Twitter account called @comradeSYX, brought a perfect storm of outrage not just to her, but to KU. “Donors, Alumni Enraged by University of Kansas Student Government’s ‘Death to America’ Message,” read the headline at national columnist Todd Starnes’ article on the episode.
“It is ironic that she’s endorsing death to America,” says state Sen. Kellie Warren, Republican of Leawood, “when America’s liberties are what give her the freedom of speech to say such outrageous things in the first place.” Warren called for civility at KU, and for students not to “elect student government leaders who further incite the very hatred and division they claim to oppose.......”
Almost mine, I was kind of expecting koolaid colored hair to go with the obvious obesity....seriously, why are young people so overweight, disgustingly ignorant.
These is morbid obesity, a future drain on the healthcare system. She makes Loretta "Lotta Lunch" Lynch look reasonably healthy.

There's some truth here. Niya "Big Mac" McAdoo probably hates herself because she hasn't seen her shoes in years. It is a never-ending cycle: she hates herself, seeks comfort in food, gets bigger, hates herself, seeks comfort in food......
No one cares what this gal really says. What upsets people is the double standard around the repercussions for it.
That being said, nobody on college campuses want to really push that because the bread and butter at a lot of schools is the mens basketball and football teams that are predominantly AA and often in the same AA studies majors as this mental minor. (At major sports schools, don't light me up for the obvious and start citing div 3 etc.)
Soooo, they keep quiet, get a pass, will be VERY interesting if they start paying players etc. as to just how quit no F's are given if the school decides to jettison like Ms. Skidoo.
In fairness, we should all at least recognize that unequal treatment against certain students used to be the norm. Most of us are younger and raised right, but I think that at least some recognition of past mistreatment (and how current unfairness bothers us) occurred.
