Big business have been pushing for employees to stop working remotely and come back in to offices. Big cities like NYC rely on tax revenue. Was Biden pressured (or purchased) by big business and government interests to declare the largest vaccine mandate in American history? He has proven he doesn’t care about American workers and taxpayers. So, what was this really about? If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck…

I was only able to WFH part time at my office position. I don't work with the public and almost all can be done remotely but it is frowned upon. Surprisingly, many big companies are still 100% WFH and this mandate gives them an out to order everyone back.

I am hearing two conflicting things; the Biden admin is stating employees want to come back but are reluctant to do so without a mandate. Yet on the employment board you can read post after post that many people like WFH for many other reasons unrelated to Covid. They don't want to go back and will seek other employment if forced to.

If this move goes through WFH will be cut back drastically. I have also read about the revenue loss in downtowns due to so many workers at home. I am sure that is a big factor.
