The IRS seems to be going after small business owners simply because they have relatives not involved in their business.

https://www.wnd.com/2021/09/irs-laun...ll-businesses/

They seem to be using a technicality in which a small share owner relatives fall under Irs jurisidiction/taxes. But some how have taken that to say if one has relatives period. Involves taxes and payments with the relief acts/bills.

The IRS is filled with overpaid bureaucrats that spend the entirety of their time abusing the convoluted US Tax Code to punish the American people.

Abolish the IRS, indeed.

But it doesn't say "Not involved"
Doesn't say "shareholders that are relatives"?
Still complicated, I admit but.........

I normally defend the IRS because they're forced into defining the tax code at the whims of Congress, but not this time. This time they are seriously reaching for anything. They had to sit down and actively search for some wild interpretation to pull this off.

Sounds like a contest at the IRS where a bonus was paid for the most "inventive" way to interpret the code to generate more compliance.

The Democrats have launched an all-out assault on small business, and for two reasons:

1) It's part of their drive for socialism, where there is no private ownership. The only so-called "private" businesses - like Facebook - allowed to survive will be those that are an extension of the liberal state.

2) The fact that some people are smart, motivated, and capable enough to start and run their own small business makes it harder to "equitize" the dumber, unmotivated, and incompetent people who are unsuccessful. If you can't bring the unsuccessful up, you need to bring the successful down.

soon enough they will find there is not enough money from business to cover what they are spending. Then they will be coming for the rest of us. Only two classes will be allowed. The ultra wealthy for which the tax code is something they know how to get around and the dirt poor who will never pay a dime. Everybody else will be doing nothing but serving those two classes.
