I'm sure everyone has noticed that just about every TV commercial has at least one person from every single race in it or there is a mixed race family with an Asian adopted trans gender 5yr old. Corporate presentations always make sure to mention how their product includes people of color and women and patting themselves on the back for hiring black people.
I went into a smoothie shop the other day and the bathroom had a "gender inclusive restroom" sign on the door rather than just having a sign that says "restroom".
The question is when does this nonsense end? It's so obvious that it's just fake pandering.
I've noticed that even TV shows have a bunch of politics in it nowadays. Watch something like Friends or Full House and there is almost no mention of politics. But turn on almost any TV show on Netflix and they try to fit in little snippets about some political issue.
People want to watch TV shows to escape from reality, not be introduced to more political BS.
It has always been so.Remember All In The Family, MASH, Maude, Soap, Laugh-in, Benson, Murphy Brown, West Wing..... I could go on forever. It has become blatant, but it has always been there.
The fear of repercussions that destroy peoples lives and professional careers, from the woke army, is what works. When people see the woke army getting CEOs of billion dollar companies fired, it has a chilling effect. Some guy running a small franchise business is afraid of getting the axe if he isn't woke, and dares behave as a normal person.
That is EXACTLY what I meant by "it is working"
And nope...before some of you whip out your bed sheets you think I should wear...no, I do not have a problem with seeing mixed couples anywhere...but I know why corporations are going overboard on woke culture imagery.

The gender-inclusive bathroom stuff is a different topic all on its own. I'll discuss that separately. However, as far as having interracial couples and people of every race in commercials, I really don't see how anyone could be bothered by that, except for having a bigoted mindset. I personally don't see why I should have a problem with commercials that have people of every race in it. No one has given me a reason as why I should be bothered by it.

I'm going to be blunt. I can't relate to what you're talking about. I really don't get why I should be more afraid or thinking along the same lines that you are thinking along.

It will end tragically in disaster.
You can only ram unpopular agendas down the throats of the public for so long.
Someone who says uses inclusiveness (in terms of race) as a sign of America going downhill, that is just someone who has a bigoted mindset. When Cheerios used an interracial family in their commercial, many people went off, quite angrily. I write those persons off as just angry bigots. I don't see a reason to get angry over an interracial family being featured in a commercial.
Not sure anyone is angry. It is really difficult to ignore the agenda and the social engineering, though. I find it fascinating.
Why do you think all of the interracial families in commercials are white/black? Even though those are 4% of interracial marriages, that is 100% what you see on TV. 43% of interracial marriages are white/Hispanic. I can recall 0% of those marriages represented in TV commercials. No Asian/Hispanic, no Asian/Black, no Hispanic/Black...why is that? (I don’t watch that many shows so may have missed those in shows vs. commercials).
To extrapolate further, shows like “This is Us” is white/black. Even more pronounced is the “Bridgertons” series, set in Britain in the early 1800s, where the producers made the English Duke black on purpose. Of course there were no African British Dukes. They could have easily made him Japanese or Iranian. Furthermore, there are shows with black casts....I can’t think of any shows that are all Hispanic or all Asian and are on mainstream channels.
I don’t think it is bigoted to ask questions about this. Why are black people the only race that is being socially engineered in this way? Genuinely curious.
