What you don't have is how many people were turned away prior to the Afghan refugees arrival.

You can't find anything anywhere showing the capacity at the hospital -- now or historically.

I know someone who died because the Florida hospital is filled with COVID patients.

Not turned away for non-critical care -- left to die in a hallway.,
you said none were turned away. did you forget already?

yes, when they refuse to name the hospitals involved, there is no way to ascertain capacity. so what?

Afghan crisis wreaked havoc on Northern Virginia hospitals due to lack of federal planning, local officials say

By Antonio Olivo
September 7, 2021 at 6:07 p.m. EDT

The mass arrival of Afghan evacuees last month, many in need of medical care, wreaked havoc on Northern Virginia’s hospital system — prompting a regional emergency response group to assume oversight after one hospital became overwhelmed with patients and federal officials lost track of where some Afghans were hospitalized, officials said.

In another case, a hospital near the Dulles Expo Center that federal officials designated as a go-to spot for medical treatment began running out of available beds, forcing the hospital to turn away non-Afghan patients who weren’t in need of critical care, said Nickerson, who also directs the Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance and declined to name the hospital.

On Tuesday, a spokesperson with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services referred questions about Afghan evacuee hospitalizations to the Department of Homeland Security, which did not return several messages seeking comment.

Is there anything in this country (or elsewhere) that Joe Biden is involved in, that hasn't turned into a complete disaster?

you have to understand their thinking. Unknown foreigners with undiagnosed diseases need rights and privileges. Non-sick Americans do not deserve rights or privileges.

btw, why would "many" need medical care?

This is only an issue in the first place because the antivaxxers are sucking up all the healthcare.

If you are truly so upset about Americans being turned away you should be laying this at the feet of the people who are actually to blame--the antivaxxers. If some Americans are not getting the care they deserve this is all on them. Don't blame the hospitals, blame the people who are too stupid to get vaccinated, and are now overwhelming the systems with their stupidity.

It is true the increased number of Afghans will impact the hospital capacity but be clear --- theh ospitals were struggling before the Afghans

https://www.fauquier.com/news/the-co...35f3d0ffc.html
Nowhere has the latest spike in cases been more obvious than in Virginia’s beleaguered emergency rooms, where unvaccinated and often seriously ill COVID-19 patients are adding stress to an already maxed-out system. Dr. Todd Parker, president-elect of the Virginia College of Emergency Physicians, said almost every hospital across the state is struggling with overcrowding, widespread staffing shortages and difficulty transferring patients — who frequently require higher levels of care — to facilities experiencing the exact same challenges.

The ongoing surge is sending ripple effects across Virginia’s medical system. On Sunday, Carilion said it set up a tent outside the emergency department at the New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg, expanding its waiting area as visits continue to swell. And the crush of patients isn’t unique to Southwest Virginia. Across the state, emergency medicine physicians are reporting an ER “safety net” on the brink of crisis.

Do they beat a US Citizens who has gotten the vaccine? Where do unvaxxed illegal aliens fit the priority? Are they above or below the refugees, are they above or below US Citizens?
If not for all the unvaxxed Americans who are as we speak filling up ICUs across the country there would be no reason to turn anyone away.

They create the problem and then they complain about it. It fits right in with their mentality of stupidity.

Which one? I was just there a few days ago to visit someone, and I ate in the cafeteria. I hope I didn't catch anything.
