He said he came from working class roots. He certainly didn't reveal that he came from rich slaveowners.
It was his great-great-great grandfather. A person has 16 great-great-great grandfathers. It also didn't say the guy was rich. Not that it would matter.
I have zero respect for Biden, but I really do not think it is fair to be prejudiced or hate someone because of who their ancestors were.
Only if they're dishonest about it. Did Biden ever say "I am descended from wealthy slaveowners, and my family had advantages that the majority of Americans alive today did not."? No. He said, "I come from the modest working class."
I feel he was dishonest, but truly.....it's not the worst of his problems, so I agree with you there. The bigger problem is that we have a demented president who lies and makes decisions that harm America and Americans.
