Yesterday the Arizona Supreme court has decided to allow all communications from the Arizona Legislature, and Cyber Ninja's to made public record. Karen Fann had been holding back records claiming it to be private communications.

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the state Senate's bid to keep records from Cyber Ninjas and other contractors working on the election audit out of public view.

After the decision was announced, Senate President Karen Fann, R-Prescott, said she was preparing to comply with an order from a lower court to release the documents.

Now we will see just how fraudulent this audit has been.

American Oversight won a prior court ruling back in August where the senate was required to release all emails and documents, they only partially complied so I guess this is a follow on?

Quote:
The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that the documents sought by the watchdog group American Oversight detailing how the recount and audit are being conducted are public and must be turned over.

Republicans who control the Senate argued that because the records are maintained by its contractors, they were not subject to public records law and that legislative immunity applies. But the court said that was not the case.

So we are finally going to see the results of this thing, but only because the state Supreme Court is forcing Fann to release them. What is she trying to hide?

I'd say that's a pretty strong indication of the veracity of this fraudit.

I lost any interest in this.
If they do have proof, why they do not release it?
If they have proof and do not release, then they are using is as extortion, trying to gain something political. Then, they are no better, than those, they extort from.
If they do not have proof, then they are just as loudmouth liars, as ones, they accuse.

Too much game going on to still believe, it is fair and square.

Ummmm................... You have it completely backwards.

The AUDIT WILL PROVE THE FRAUD AND WILL MIRROR THE CANVASSING RESULTS.

TWO DIFFERENT EVALUATIONS OF THE SAME DATA, PRODUCING THE SAME CONCLUSIONS- THERE WAS MASSIVE FRAUD IN THE 2020 ELECTIONS.

These records aren't the report. No final report has been submitted, presented whatever.

So we will find out who paid these guys to work on the count, what they were paid, etc.

Give it up Trump done voters are sick of hearing about it and the more talk about it less votes you get in future elections. The documents Fann is holding back are proof this audit was nothing more then a scam to raise money for Trump, and keep his cult going. Republicans in Arizona who no longer support the fraudit are gearing up to run against Fann and others who supported this sham. They won't be in office after 2022 Arizona GOP will have to face it they need to get rid of that crazy Kelli Ward.

So, what do you personally plan to do because of this finding? Will you still pay federal taxes, obey federal laws, etc? If so, you are essentially complying with a tyrant!!
