I was going to post this below but something caught my eye in it.... Seriously? Bill Gates?

PHOENIX (AP) — Board members overseeing Arizona’s most populous county reached an agreement Friday evening with the Republican-controlled state Senate that will end a standoff over a Senate demand that they hand over computer routers for use in an unprecedented partisan election review.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors announced that a special master will take questions from the Senate’s election review contractors and provide them with information contained on the routers they say they need to finish the election review.
Supervisor Bill Gates said the deal will protect sensitive information contained on the routers while avoiding a massive penalty the county faced if they had not complied.
Gates called the deal “a win for transparency and it’s also a win for protecting sensitive data in Maricopa County.”

The bottom line is that the imposter-in-chief isn’t going anywhere. He will continue to eat ice cream and take his dementia meds in the White House until 2024.
There are irregularities in every election and in every state, this is being done because they claim the presidential election was stolen, not the races in the senate and house, not the local elections in Arizona just the president. They spent 6 months investigating massive fraud on a level that changed the presidential race.

My guess is that they couldn't come up with anything and they will claim it's because they couldn't get the routers. I doubt this even makes it to court and it will be an embarrassing and damaging moment for those state senators that thought this was a good idea especially when their court ordered correspondence is exposed.

If it is proven that Biden was installed by a coup, he would have to step down, and the rightful winner reinstated.
Where in the U. S. Constitution is that corrective procedure described?

Also, a military takeover of the country may well happen if this country keeps sliding down in respect from the rest of the world.
The united states has taken a huge hit in the world because of this fool installed as the president, and a military takeover may be our only saving grace.
I'm confident if President Biden needs to be removed, Congress will do it, not the military with a coup. I doubt most Americans would want a coup and if Biden is just slowly fading away worse they will vote him out of office in 2024.

As we just found out recently, our military thinks Trump is nuts, so I doubt they will be reinstating him.

But our military is pledged to support the Constitution, so there won’t be any coups, thank God.

The State Legislatures have Plenary Power over Electiors. The House and Senate can decertify their state's votes with a Joint Resolution. (Article II, section 1, clause 2, of the U.S. Constitution, gives plenary authority directly to the state legislatures over the electors.)

The Constitution does not prohibit the legislators from claiming or decertifying an election.
(10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively or to the people.) Because the legislature is not prohibited from decertifying the electors, it is within their power to do it.

The purpose of certification is to assure the counts are accurate. In this case, there was sufficient evidence of election irregularities to justify delaying certification in order to investigate the irregularities. The certification in Arizona was clearly premature.

In order to decertify the election there would have to be irrefutable proof of election fraud significant enough to have affected the results of the election, in enough states to have affected the results of the Electoral College vote. The Constitution does not set out a path. We're in uncharted territory.

We'll see what the Arizona's Audit Report shows.

Stealing the election was a coup.

Don't skip over the first sentence. The last sentence is made within the context of the first.

A military coup would not be Constitutional.

I figured that much but it's still ominous, isn't it?
