The unvaxxed are no longer welcome in some places of business. It's entirely the business's right to make that decision. Don't try to force your way in where you aren't wanted. They do not want you in their establishment. You have no "right" to be there.

Why does it make a difference what race they are? These restaurants will be fined and shut down if they don't comply with vaccine mandate and NYC isn't shy about enforcement. The family in your video didnt have their card. Stop punishing the small business owners, those still open barely made it through last year.

I don’t believe it can be verified that way you’d need a state system which new York has but many people claim they aren’t able to use it because they’re from out of state and they just show their card

Another fake media narrative. Restaurants and establishments that are under this requirement or to ask at the door not once you’re seated at a table. The argument was tipped off and started with initial contact over asking for proof of vaccine but that’s not what led to the physical confrontation.

What is "clearly" depicted in the video is a fight in progress. We have no idea what happened before or what led up to that.
Show us the 2-3 minutes before the start of the video and then we will have some context.
The media has been going out of its way to villainize anyone who opposes the immoral/illegal mask and vaxx edicts.
Dont bother with the property rights nonsense either because the property rights of every restaurant were violated the minute vaxx and masks were made requirements. It all starts right there.
