I think it's time to stop saying the media is left-biased. The right media is far more biased than the left, and there really is no more "mainstream" media. People have cut the cord, and get their sources from more than just the networks.
Look at how "the media" picked up the people who claimed (without proof) election fraud and gave them a platform.

Obviously, we have ICE agents go to every single household in America and ask for papers. If they can't provide documentation, they get sent to a detention center, where they wait to be put on a bus and sent to the nearest Mexican border crossing and forced off there. Mexico would love this. The American citizenry would love this too, especially the federal agent visits and roundups.

The United States has had effectively full control of Latin America for over 100 years. Up until Clinton tried to appeal to Southern California moderates by hardening the border, it was wide open to migrant labor moving both ways. Up until the Tea Party movement, Republicans and Democrats both considered amnesty to be the rational “pro-business” move to create cheap labor.
End birthright citizenship. End any social programs they may benefit from including education and emergency medical treatment. if they show up for a health emergency they are treated, then deported. Get bio metric data for everyone we catch and everyone we deport and make it clear anybody who is here illegally are banned from the u.s. for their entire life. Massive penalties and fine for employers who hire illegals including requiring proper paperwork for day worker so businesses cannot just hire a contractor and ignore be protected from whomever that contractor hires.
Illegal people are NOT entitled to any rights in this country, and that includes due process.
Call up the national guard, and go door to door, business to business, and load these illegals on a bus.
Ship them to Mexico, the country where they entered the united states from.
Mexico allowed these illegals to travel through their country to get here, so drop them all in Mexico's lap, and let them deal with them.
That is how we rid the country of them.

Two Supreme Court cases dating back to the late nineteenth century have established that non-citizens, even those who are in the United States illegally, are also guaranteed due process of the law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
1) Yick Wo v. Hopkins, the USSC wrote “The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution is not confined to the protection of citizens. It says: ‘Nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.’ These provisions are universal in their application, to all persons within the territorial jurisdiction, without regard to any differences of race, of color, or of nationality…”
2) In Wong Wing v. United States, the Court ruled that while government can forbid non-citizens from entering and can deport legal and illegal aliens, it was unconstitutional for the government to impose punishment without “a judicial trial to establish the guilt of the accused”[10] under the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of procedural due process prior to a deprivation of life, liberty or property. If I was President we would not be in this situation. The wall would be completed, additional drones and officers deploy to the high traffic areas. Add additional security measures along boarder. Hire more agents to track down illegals throughout the country and deport. Punish states and cities by removing tax funding who claim to be a Sanctuary for illegals. Arrest those not following federal immigration laws. That would be my starting point.
Big wall, lot's of manpower, catch&return policies. There's no good excuse for just walking into another country under most circumstances.
